Bailey House Movers has been the premiere provider of structural support and relocation services in north-western Colorado for over 40 years.

William G. Bailey has worked tirelessly to aid individuals, businesses, and communities with his specialized knowledge and expertise, delivering solutions for countless construction and civic projects, providing sound consulting to scores of contractors, home owners, and community leaders, and safely and steadily giving quality results, job by job.
Bill also transferred this knowledge to his sons, step-sons, and grandson, working together as a family while also providing jobs to laborers, operators, and contractors to assist with larger projects. Today, Bailey House Movers is proud to be a third generation family business.
Bailey House Movers actually started out as Thomas House Movers, established c. 1960 by Syl Thomas, Bill’s step-father.

As Syl was a catalyst to Bill’s work, so too did Bill give everything he could to Cody Douglas, his own step-son. Cody and Bill have worked closely together on projects from Summit County, CO to Green River, UT for the last three decades.
Many of Bill’s favorite stories involved his house moving experiences while he was in high school; leading moving projects when he was only 14; or swiping the bonfire wood from the seniors by secretly lifting their storage shed in the night. Cody also started working with Bill while he was in high school and was an obvious leader with an understanding beyond his experience.

We thank you for keeping Bailey House Movers in mind for any and all of your structural support or relocation needs.
We specialize in working with Historical structures, with roll-offs or foundational transfer operations, structural remodeling projects and similar jobs. No job is too large or small, we are even able to partner with other local movers for civic and industrial structures, or put your shed on the other side of your yard, just watch where you store your bonfire wood.
